Pano has two holes

Sorry I don't know how to describe this problem other than with a picture.
Any idea what's going wrong here?  I see this quite often.

Use the Control Points Editor to check where APP has placed CPs. Remove bad CPs and avoid CPs on clouds and water.

You don't seem to have much overlap anyway.

This is a typical lens distortion correction divergence coming from unsolvable CP. Clean them, then reoptimize and done. If it really don't work, disable lens distortion correction.

The CPs were all perfectly placed so cleaning and optimising didn't help. But disabling lens distortion correction solved it.  Thank you.
