I thought I installed alpha 1.9.0 correctly, but every time I start up, I get the message that I am loading a new application from the web.

Hello,

If you are on a Mac, this message is displayed when you run a downloaded appllication for the first time.
Did you correctly dragged and dropped Autopano Giga into your Applications folder?

I am using a Mac.

I removed the previous download, repeated the download and moved the icon to my applications folder. And I am still asked for permission to open the file when starting the program.

Also, the software is displayed as a device on my desktop
