One thing that I think would be nice in future blender improvements (aside from tone mapping and focus stacking of course
maybe this is a bit easier) would be to flag an image or based on string in the file name, have the blender try to avoid using that image if at all possible. Every know and then I kick the tripod or shake the lens and manage to get an unsharp image (or 12) in the middle of my pano. I tend to do quite a bit of overlap so it's not always a catastrophe but is a pain to go in photoshop will layers on a gigapixel image and choose the other layers. It'd be nice to rename the files IMG_1111.TIF to IMG_1111_unsharp.TIF or let me specify the unsharp ones in autopano, and then the blender could deemphasize those pictures as much as possible. Where you only have pixels from one image, well c'est la vie.
