Opening multiple files at startup via Explorer

Hi-
When I highlight multiple .pano files in e.g. Windows Explorer to open with AutoPano, they don't open. Instead, Autopano, if it's open, closes or crashes or something. Anyone having the same issues? It's annoying to have to open the files one at a time, since I can't just click on 7 to open then let it run while I do something else for a bit (yes, I have an older computer, so it takes a bit or time for it to load up).
I searched and couldn't find this issue anywhere in the forums. If someone has a fix, let me know.
Thanks!

Re: Opening multiple files at startup via Explorer

Could you say which version of APP (or APG) you are working with, on what Operating System.

In all the Windows versions of APP/APG I have, if I want to open up a batch of .pano files, I use File | Open from the main APP window: that allows me to highlight multiple .pano files?

Have I missed something in your requirement?

Re: Opening multiple files at startup via Explorer

Hi-
I'm using App 1.4.2 for Windows. I was trying to highlight multiple files in Windows explorer and open them that way...  I never tried through the APP open dialog itself. I'll give that a try soon.
Thanks!

The problem also occurs if Autopano is already running, and I try to open a few pano files too quickly, e.g. double click to open them too quickly one after another, even if I don't try to open them all exactly at the same time.

The problem also occurs for me if I am trying to even select multiple files to open in the open dialog in APP. The whole program just disappears and the bug report thing comes up. Have you all gotten the 50-60 bug reports I've generated?

Re: Opening multiple files at startup via Explorer

Just a quick note: the bug reports you speak of are through the use of 'BugSplat'? Those reports go directly to the development team at Kolor - and will not be seen by anyone else.

That team monitors this forum and you could look to get a reply posted here when they have had a chance to investigate the problem.
