All the tests I have made so far have ended in a totally black or totally "background blue" panorama. I have tested the example panoramas on the krpano homepage and they work fine for me (I am using Flash version 10,0,12,10 which is still a beta release).
I have the same problem with the direct output from APG or with the conversion tool.

Hello,
If you get a blue background, it is likely a Flash security setting that you have to change.
To use your Flash generated panoramas locally in your web browser, you need to modify the security settings of the Flash Player, by adding "trusted folders".
This can be done via a web page of Adobe: http://www.macromedia.com/support/docum … ger04.html
Click on the 3rd tab of the settings window and add the folders containing your Flash panoramas.
Then you will be able to open them locally.
Find out more on this page of KRpano website: http://www.krpano.com/docu/localaccess/

You are right. But it's not my problem : I had changed the Flash security settings, but the problem remains. I see the progress bar and the logo in the bottom right corner, but the image is totally black...
(by the way I have now the released Flash 10 plugin)

Then, it's the size of the panorama. If it's over 4000 pixel in height, 8000 width, it won't allow the conversion. It's a bug, not a feature !
